Great Phone

I just got the phone and it is great. Has a lot of great features compared to the previous BB phones. This makes a big leap into the cell phone industry. Looks great and has the actual keyboard. It does have the virtual keyboard but once in a while I slide the keyboard out and start typing. I owned the BB Z10 and loved the phone. This is one that will stand out with the design, software, and security. The BB Priv is great phone to have if you want productivity in your everyday life.

Does it all!

Went from my Samsung mini to the PRIV over six months ago and after the usual adjustment period, haven't looked back. Use the physical keyboard for most correspondence, a little awkward in the balance, but after you figure out how to hold with small finger on top, it's easy. Or you can use the virtual keypad like other phones. Display is great and sound quality is excellent. Love the Priv.

Beautful but not for small hands

Love the incorporation of Android OS and BB hub and the curved screen; but the Priv (IMO) has the following flaws: it gets really HOT. Cannot download extra font styles, if you have a smaller hand or grip, it can become uncomfortable to hold. The keypad is cramped, but that's a given based on design. It is still usable with thumbnail or side taps. I will more than likely keep the Priv as its primary use is business related; but I'll also probably stop by a store to test the Samung s7 & s7edge for comparison

Blackberry is back!

I purchased this phone a month ago and absolutely LOVE it. I have been a BB user for over 15 years. Best system, easily navigated and safe. Now that it that BB has the android capability it is perfect. Only one issue I have is it restarts itself, only happened two times.

I got this and it's been a great experience so far. Camera should be faster. Great battery life. Simple, smooth software. Beautiful screen. I would recommend buying the unlocked model from blackberry because att is really bad at software updates.

Blackberry finally hit a home run! I've been a loyal Blackberry user for about 15 years. I always felt "left out" of all the great new features and apps - not any more! The thing I like best about the Priv is how beautiful it is. Everyone is envious of me when they see it. It's a dream to hold, not too heavy, not too light, and it feels so smooth. The battery life is phenomena. The keys on the slideout keyboard are smaller than traditional Blackberrys, but still instinctive. And Android, oh my...so many apps, so little time! If you have any doubts, go see one at your local retailer. But be prepared to fall in love...

Great.. Until

I have had this phone for about 1 year now and have really enjoyed it until Blackberry pushed an update last month which causes the phone to lose service ("No Service") error. Blackberry is no longer building phones and has not indicated when they will fix this one.. DO NOT BUY, you will be stuck with rebooting this phone Many, many times a day!
