I've had the phone for over two week and can't give it up. All the features an apps from the android world and the security and reliability of Blackberry. And a outrageous camera that rocks.

I'm glad to come back to BB and its because of the android partnership, nice marriage. a few small problems...like apps on occasion stop working but confident software updates will fix it.

Solid phone! The fact that its Android is what got me, just what you would expect with a few extra bells and whistles (that you would enjoy).

Have had this phone for a month and love it. The keyboard is a great feature, also the hub works for all my messaging. So many great features.

Long time iPhone owner, I was excited to see the new priv come out with Droid functions and blackberry security. Made the jump from the iPhone 6 and so glad I did. Only down fall is after 1 hour of video the phone gets to hot and cellular functions are not available. Deleted the hub, as some reviewers said; even exchanged the device in hopes original just had a defect. Still experience the issue. Find I don't use the slide out keyboard as much as I thought I would.

Good; not excellent

This is my first "super" smart phone. My BB Torch 9830 began failing, so it was time. I'm a busy lawyer and my phone is my most important piece of office equipment. I chose the Priv mostly because it incorporated the QWERTY key pad. It's dual-use as a "touch pad" is a nice, but unnecessary touch. The phone looks/operates just like the new Samsung with the Android operating system. Overall, the Android OS is a much needed upgrade over the old BB OS. The BB Hub organizes all texts/e-mails and operates, well. My primary complaint is that I can no longer sync my Outlook Calendar with my phone. Also, the phone is very picky about what cube and cord will charge it. The cube and cord included with the phone don't work, but my old BB cube and cord for my Kindle do. Should BB address these issues, I would give an "excellent" review with five (5) stars.
