Best purchase I’ve made. Only regret is not getting the 14” skillet which will be next. Bought this when my wife purchased some thick pork chops from the store. In researching cooking methods, cast iron came up. Can’t believe how fast it cooks and more so how great the food tastes! Restaurant quality chops and steaks in minutes at home!

Great skillet

For several years I have been using this skillet on both an open fire and a camp chef stove and it always cooks great. To clean it I boil water in it then wipe it dry and it comes out clean every time. To keep food from sticking I do reseason it after a couple uses. This skillet will probably outlast me.

Camp Chef's 12" skillet has served me well over the years, regardless of what I cook in it. Good quality mold, comfortable handle, and a pour spout make this a wonderful camp kitchen tool.
