I don’t write reviews but this skillet has been so good. Friend gave this skillet to me, rusty and neglected. I researched how to reseason, and brought it back to life. Has been such a wonderful addition to our kitchen. I use it for EVERYTHING! Basically the only pan I cook on anymore. Would be a great value at twice the price. We seared and roasted beef tenderloin last night to perfection, making pancakes this morning as I write. Get it. You’ll love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a cast iron pan. I love it.I mostly use it to make pizza.
Product came promptly and unmarred. I made the Drunken potatoes and everyone absolutely loved them! I am very satisfied and would recommend to a friend.

I bought this last year, 2017 when I bought my CampChef 2 burner stove for Hurricane season but didn't need it then so I am using it to cook in the house. It is a heavy skillet, which keeps it from moving all over the place when turning what you are cooking. I had to buy the lid as it doesn't come with one but I love this skillet and ordered the Camp Chef 6-Piece Cast Iron Set to go along with this one. Remember the handle get hot when cooking.
I am 61 years old and have never tried iron cookware ... until now. My doctor suggested using iron cookware because I am anemic and the cookware sheds iron that would be beneficial to me. Growing up my Mother only used Teflon coated cookware. I guess it was "Monkey See, Monkey Do". These skillets are fantastic. They cook evenly, are non-stick and are not difficult to maintain once you know how to properly care for them. I wash mine with soap and water, wipe dry then place in a hot oven for a bit. When I take it out, I coat the interior with cooking spray and wipe the excess off with a paper towel. That's it. The only con that I can think of is the fact that they are very heavy and it is difficult for me to handle them. I have the 10", 12" and 15" skillets and due to a mobility disability I must have my husband move them for me. All in all, great cookware. I simply wish I had tried them long ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Old time cooking..Cast Iron

It has been years since I have cooked in a good old cast iron pan.Tired of the T-fel scrapping off into food,so I went back to my Grandma's way of cooking, but without a wood stove.Let me tell you there are bad cast iron skillets out there and good ones. Camp Chef is a great skillet.Cooks great and no sticking, but after each use you do need to reseason it. These skillets are great to bake in too. Plus you can go from stove to fire pit cooking, and it's great. There is no other cooking pan that I know of, that you can throw in a campfire to cook in,and it comes out looking the same way as when you put it in.

Years ago I had a cast iron skillet. Then wife bought a stainless cookware set so the old skillet, which she claimed was unsightly was relegated to the dark where it resided till garage sale time. Bye bye. Going thru a store one day a cast iron Camp chef skillet reached out and grabbed me. My how I missed those great hash browns and seared steaks not to mention all the other great stuff it turned out. It may not look sexy but it cooks the way food was meant to be cooked. Grandma was right.
