Frustration re: crisper pan

Like everyone else, we bought our recently but have been unable to obtain a crisper pan. Very frustrating, as we planned to "retire" our airfryer and use the crisper pan and convection oven feature to replace this. However it's hard to do without the right accessories. Very frustrating!

Not great features you’re out of stock

This item sucks. I was supposed to get it free with my wall oven and wall microwave. A month ago I went in to order it and it was out of stock. I filled out information for it to notify me when it came back in stock. I was notified today. It was back in stock. I went up to order it and it said it’s out of stock again really like I got time to deal with this crap. I spent all this money on a new stove and built in microwave and this is how you wanna treat me.

Why is the free crisper pan out of stock?

I bought the Kitchen Aid combo microwave and oven. It came with a free microwave crisper pan offer. I followed the instructions and it directed me to a website which states this item is out of stock. There was nothing on the website that let me try and order it.
Then today I get an email reminder to order it. I go back to the same website and the crisper pan is still out of stock! Please advise if the crisper pan is available or not.
