Why No Email to Explain Crisping Tray problem?

The combo oven/microwave has been wonderful so far. Unfortunately like most of the reviews included, we were disappointed to never receive an email from Kitchenaid to update us regarding the Crisping Tray. I can understand that things like this can happen.....But why would you ask for our email address if you are never going to use it to explain the delay?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi, it is a great microwave/oven and KitchenAid emailed me this product as a gift, but your gift is not available for Canadian people. This issue disappointed me.

One of the reasons I purchased this microwave/oven combo was the option for the crisping option on the microwave which is unusable without the tray which is unavailable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of the reasons I purchased this microwave/oven combo was the option for the crisping option on the microwave which is unusable without the tray which is unavailable. This is so frustrating uggg! How crazy is this but they still send a code to put in for ordering. Kitchen Aid used to be great heck we can even get instructions of to use all the options on our newly purchase wall comb. over/micro. Absolutely crazy!!

I’ve been waiting for this tray to come into stock for over a year, what gives? Is it because it’s free? I honestly expected better from KitchenAid.

Like all of the other reviews, “redeemed” my offer only to find it out of stock. Very disappointed. What kind of company doesn’t include it up front and then fails to deliver it?
