Bought the microwave/oven wall unit. We bought this back in August it’s Dec. it’s always out of stock! They should replace it with something else if you can’t fulfill your orders. Very disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great oven but…

Bought new wall oven microwave combo. Got the email to get the free crisping tray, but along with many others, it is out of stock….

Condensation from oven vent leaves marks on door.

-10 if possible. Placed first redemption April 25, 2025 and have received emails stating crisper tray was available. However it wasn't.
I am wondering if the free crisper tray was a false leader to purchase this microwave.
When using the convection oven the vent is at the top of the door. Condensation/steam leaves marks on stainless steel finish.

We purchased the combination microwave/oven mid-February 2025 and have been pleased with the appliance. Since February, we have checked for the free crisping tray everyday. Despite this, we’ve been unable to redeem the gift, even when we’ve checked 30 minutes after receiving an email. May we please get some assistance in obtaining this elusive item? Thanks!

Like the majority of other reviewers here, we did not receive the follow-up email after registering the product with Kitchenaid/Whirlpool as suggested we would. Hoping they get this fixed.

Microwave Oven Missing the Crisper Pan

Bought the new microwave wall oven and the Crisper Pan is not included and now online it is out of stock. This is not right. Why would this not come with the microwave in the first place. Very disappointed!!

False Advertising

Same issue as all the others, this appears to have no resolution in site. Not sure get good it does to contact the bot via Facebook or Instagram, no one ever comes back saying they finally got the product.
