My prior Netgear wore out after 6 years of used. I knew I wanted another Netgear router/modem. It’s extremely easy to install and get all the wireless devices up and running again. I wouldn’t buy any other brand name router.

need tech to set up

not a plug and play. I unhook it and hooking up my old router to print CAD (network) . still cannot print to my wireless printer - using printer cord. Every device has to register to netgear to get wifi through this router. I was told a new router would speed up my emails with large attachments i.e. construction drawings. not so sure that this was the right choice for me

The AC 1750 router was easy to get up and running, works great and covers my entire 1800 square foot home. Recommended it to two friends so far.
