I have 2 extenders and neither will let anything connect to them but my phone. When they say they’re connected my apps say not connected.

I received zero help

After being on the phone for a lengthy amount of time with the service tech, he told me that I could buy a plan and he could help me fix it. He didn’t know the very beginning that I didn’t have a plan? So he hasn’t go through all that for what to prove he could’ve? What a waste of my time.
