Very easy to set up with concise easy to understand instructions via wireless phone. It took about 6 minutes to set it up and have it operating.

Superb product and super easy to install

Our modem router was super easy to install and it also saves me a good chunk of money as I didn’t have to buy the modem and router separately. I also appreciated the great customer service when I had to call a few days later as I was having issues with it. Great product and great company!

Modem offline

Moden constantly goes offline. We have called several times and the issue is temporarily fixed but it happens again.

Very disappointed

I purchased this for my new internet service since I didn’t want to rent one from my internet provider. Once I had my internet set up I tried to set my alarm system and the modem had a setting that would not let my alarm connect... called Netgear and was in the phone for about 45 minutes and the person helping me told me I had to call the Internet provider and he couldn’t do anything.... returned it to the store got a different brand and it all a works now.

This has been one of the easiest routers that I have gotten to use. From setting up to using the app to control whats running on the router. Iv had multiple different routers and this has been hands down the best one iv used.
