Great modem, frustrating software

The modem is exactly what I needed for a fair price. What I didn't expect was a crazy loop in the instructions about how to set it up. Wasn't until I called tech support I realize all the materials had the wrong IP address for the router. Once I realized that, it was easy to login and customize. Don't download the app, it will get you stuck in that very loop.
