Fantastic Upgrade

I have used Arris for years, mainly because they are inexpensive and get the job done. I have always heard great things about nighthawks and I knew it was time for an upgrade. The setup process was incredibly simple, the built in security features are a great plus for families, and the ability to access the router remotely, as well as receive alerts when a device has joined the network just the perfect cherry on top. I am finally getting the most out of the internet speeds that I pay for, and every device in the house has a solid connection, even the ones farthest away. As expected, I lose a bit of speed on wifi vs plugged in directly with ethernet, but I don’t lose near as much speed as I did with my Arris. I am extremely happy with this product and even went ahead and got one for my brother’s home as well!

This is working great for what we were wanting. Perfect for the whole family. Up the boost for the signal as well as gave us parental controls of what our kids were doing.

Great connection

For the most part our router has been great, providing good wifi connection. Every once in a while the devices will have a hard time staying connected (eg phones, streaming services) but they’ll usually connect back quickly without much delay. Overall, very satisfied with this product

Bought this router due to our current cable provided one was adequate to handle the usage in our home. Easy to set up, easy to get it started and has worked miracles in our home.
