Good toothebrush but disappointing

I bought this toothbrush in January it lasted until March and it just quite working all together which was very disappointing. Other than that it was a good product. Most likely will not buy another Philips product. The toothbrush I replaced was a competitors which lasted over two years. I was going to start with this cheaper one and move up now I will have to find something else.
Pros: did a good job liked it
Cons: only lasted two months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Going back to E-Series

Not what I expected from Sonicare at all. I will go back to the E-Series model.
Pros: portability
Cons: loud, uncomfortable

I'm usually easy to please, but did anyone actually brush their teach with this tooth brush before they put it on the market? I've used other lower priced electric toothbrushes before, and have never had any problems. This is my first experience with sonicare and I'd like to try one of their better products, this was sort of my test to see if it might be worth the money. Honestly, I'm afraid to now. It felt like this tooth brush was going to chip my teeth. Very disappointed.

It's better than a Manuel

I bought this brush 3 days ago at cvs love it. I can deffinatley see a difference in my teeth never going back to a regular toothbrush thanks sonicare for making it affordable.
Cons: didnt like how it felt when it hit my tooth

Wasn't sure, but...

I bought one of these a while ago, and yes, it's a shaker, and I wasn't sure about it at all. After using it for 6 months when the hygienist wanted to see me every 4 months, I went in and she said my teeth and gums looked "perfect". That's a far cry from "need to see you sooner than 6 months". It does take some getting used to, but once you do, it's benefits are noticeable.
No instructions with product or online on how to replace the AA batteries. Can't remove the battery holder. NO MANUAL ONLINE.
Pros: none
Cons: see above

Very versatile & easy to use. Not too heavy. It cleans very well & quickly too. Highly recommend, should come w/ a carrying case though.

Drains my alkaline batteries in two days

I actually like the way this sonic brush cleans my teeth but after 2 uses or idle for 4-5 days I go to use it and the batteries are drained completely and I need to replace them. Unfortunately I don't have a receipt to exchange it. Can support do anything for me?
