Stopped brewing

A few days ago, our BVMC-DMX85 suddenly quit in mid-brew. It still won't work, even though the power is on. Anyone have thoughts or similar experiences?

Sorry you are having trouble with your DMX85 and we'd like to do what we can to help. Try unplugging your coffeemaker for at least 3-5 minutes. This will allow your coffeemaker to reset itself. Good coffee maker with a few issues.

Not sure why so many people are having issues with this coffee maker. Mine functions within specs and makes a pot of coffee in 5 to 8 minutes depending on how much I make. I do agree with other owners that there are a few design flaws. One, the condensation in the warming reservoir. That thing gets moldy and nasty if you don't clean daily or leave the lid open. Two, it has a balance problem on the right side corner just in front of the warmer. Its one wobbly coffee maker, but I solved this by putting the instruction manual under it, perfect for shimming! Three, sometimes the valve on the filter container doesn't close and coffee goes everywhere, then again, I've never owned and brand of coffee maker that didn't do this from time to time. My BIGGEST issue is the pump. Maybe your engineers could put a 2 or even a 3 hp pump in the coffee maker so all the grounds are actually being used. Anything to increase the amount of water flow, too much coffee going to waste! Pump needs MORE power! Please put a better pump into your coffee makers!

Will not auto brew. Turns off. Will not regular brew. Turns off. You can turn on 50-100 times to get a pot. Worst coffeemaker I have ever had. I gave one star, because I have to.

Office Coffee Maker

This product has worked great in our office setting. We brew about 3-4 full pots of coffee each day. We use the delay brew button to have coffee ready for us when we arrive in the morning. The only issue or improvement I would have is the ability for the coffee maker to stay on to keep the coffee hot rather than it shutting off after it has brewed for some time.

No real problems

I enjoy my coffee pot and the hot water dispenser. The biggest problem I have is finding the instruction manual online! I would like to see how I am suppose to clean it! I've searched under everything I can think of and still no manual. Please advise.

Horrible coffee maker try other models

I bought this to replace an old mr coffee that I loved. But this one is so hard to pour water into tank, the beep now goes off a couple minutes into brewing not when complete and the water knocks the filter half the time getting grounds into the coffee

Great machine, but with a few flaws

This machine works well overall, but has a few design flaws... water reservoir difficult to poor into, carafe difficult to get all liquid our due to its design, you have to open both lids to ensure universal drying (even if you don't use both features), and it would be great if I could turn off that coffee ready alarm...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awful machine

AWFUL. MACHINE. WANTS TO DO CLEAN CYCLE AFTER BREWING HAS STARTED. LEAKS WATER AND IS NOT OVERFILLED. TOO MUCH WORK WITH THIS MACHINE TO GET A POT OF COFFEE.
