We purchasedthis as a replacement. So far I am pleased except it is had to put water in both sides without moving it forward, a small matter. Like the water side as my husband like hot chocolate (he is disabled) and it is nice to use for that or tea.
We got our Mr. Coffee about a month ago and I love all the features and the fact I can make hot chocolate for my kids at the same time that I have coffee made. I love this product and will continue to buy Mr. Coffee products.
I bought this unit about a month ago, and it is working great so far. I do like the features and control buttons better than my previous Mr. Coffee unit. I recommend it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor design

Purchased this maker to replace a 2 year old GE brand when filling reservoir to make coffee water escaped into smaller reservoir overfilled no matter what you tried after 2 weeks when making a fresh pot maker would beep after 2 cups and shut off kept turning on after 30 restarts finally got a fresh full pot very disappointed as I love my coffee returned to store

Not working

I have been using this for about 2 months and it doesn't work anymore. If I put in 12 cups, it will Brew about one cup and then stop. Tried cleaning and it doesn't fix the problem

I love my new coffee maker. It has the hot water feature on it too. I like the fact that can get coffee and hot water from one appliance. Great buy!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. This coffee maker does include a 2-hour automatic shut-off feature. If you're only going to be drinking a few cups of coffee during that time, we recommend making less than a full pot. You can always brew more later, and you won't have to worry about wasting any coffee. We do have a selection of switch models, which do not include the auto shut-off feature. Many poor feaures

The hole isn't big enough to pour the water into. The arm for the basket folds down the filter and gets grounds in your coffee, the lid does not stay attached to the pot. Worst thing is resetting it after the timer goes off. This is the main feature I wanted. Also, the hot water dispenser sprays and burns you. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing! Always used Mr. Coffee products in the past without a problem.
