Had a coffee maker similar to this, also from Mr Coffee, for the last 10 years or so .... did not think there could be a better cup of coffee. I was wrong !!!! Best tasting coffee ever !!!!

We purchased this maker about a month ago to replace almost the exact model, the prior model had a leak in URN and they were no longer available to purchase a replacement URN. We so love this model with no warming plate we don't have to be scared it was left on and I swear that the coffee stays hot for almost 18 hours!!!! its perfect but I think the other reviews said that the level sensor doesn't really work and I would agree with that but its easy enough to open the top. I highly recommended this unit!!!

I had the model before this which was 10 cups. Only needed a new one because I dropped the basket and a piece broke off.(had it at least a 2 years ) I like the design of the older model, mainly because of the tank. The new one seems flimsy. Love that it is a 12 cup!!

This coffee maker brews quickly and makes a nice cup of coffee and looks pretty cool on the counter. The pour is a little slow, which is important when you're desperate for your first cup in the morning.

I have a 10 cup brew coffee. Can I trade in my 10cup for a 12 cup. I like it tells me when to clean it. 12 cup easier to make then 10 cup
