Love our new machine. Heats up,in less than 30 seconds and ready to go. Only complaint is how loud it is, but that is over in 30-45 seconds when coffee is done.

Worked great...for 1 month

Have been using this for a month with no problems. Tried to make a cup today, lights wouldn't stop blinking so no coffee today. Nothing in manual about this issue. Saw this was a problem on Amazon reviews- should have listened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 single shot filter baskets

I received this as a Valentine's Day gift and when I opened it I found two of the single shot filter baskets, instead of one single and one double like it shows on the box and on the parts description in the manual

I can't speak highly enough about this machine. We've had it over 5 years and it still works. Just incredible. I recommend to anyone looking for a less expensive way to make your daily cups. This is a well-loved machine that I'm so thankful to have.
It froths milk perfectly. Really, I can't speak of any cons and would not hesitate to buy it again.

Great Coffee but something is leaking!

I just opened this product yesterday and since it was late I didn't make any coffee. However! this morning I read the directions and found that the coffee is great. BUT.. after making my coffees my counter was covered in water! not coming from the filter cup. coming from underneath. I will be opening it up (the screws are not regular screws heads) and from a review I will be checking the hoses and gaskets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If only...

I LOVED this machine. LOVED.
Then...suddenly...indicator lights just keep blinking and the machine does nothing. I have literally had it less than 6 months.
Don't buy this machine. You'll be heart broken when it's past midnight and your hopes of a cuppa while pulling an all nighter come to a crashing halt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
