More bubbles than crema

I’ve had the pump espresso machine for less than year and while is a good espresso machine it makes more bubbles than crema
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working after about 7 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were given this machine as a gift about a month before the birth of our son. He is now 7 months old and the machine stopped turning on about 2 months ago. We switched outlets and tried different settings, but nothing has worked. I’d open it up to see if I could clean the insides somehow, but I have no idea where to even start with that. Looks like it’s getting pitched and I’ll buy a brand that lasts longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are help. Here are the possible reasons why an espresso maker isn't working:

No water in reservoir
Coffee grinds too fine
Too much coffee in the filter
Cap is not secure, causing steam to escape
Appliance not plugged in
Coffee grinds have been tamped/compressed too much
Unit may need to be cleaned

Your espresso maker has a year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request to contact us in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!

Works great for at least 1.5 years if you clean it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I might have written a review for my first one, which kept working for 3 years before I sold it in a moving sale. The latest one just broke after 2 years. The fuse blew, and it's just too difficult to take apart and fix without special tools and a lot of patience. I love this unit, and it is easily the best one like it on the market. However, if you don't buy an extended warranty (if possible) you will not get more than 2 years of functionality out of this. Also, you need to clean it at least every 4 weeks to keep it running for the two years. I wish there was a better way to fix it, but it isn't too expensive and has worked great for me twice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ex husband have me this machine because he had 2 about three years ago. I use it every weekend and sometimes during the week, I do not know how old it is but I have no issues with this great machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
