Broken from the Beginning!

I bought this machine and was so excited to wake up for a morning latte but only to find out the machine arrived broken! It sounds like a jack hammer and nothing happens. Tried steaming and all the troubleshooting only to give up and use my faithful Keurig. What a waste of money. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about two weeks ago as a gift and am very disappointed. I tried to use it once.. The green lights continuously flash, and trying to put on the brew basket is ridiculous, it shouldn't be this difficult to lock. So I have not tried to use it again.. It just sits on my counter. Going to buy another brand and pack this one away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got mine it lasted 8 months I used Distilled Water and tried Descaling the Machine but it quit making Steam.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes great Espresso but disappointed with quality

This machine makes great espresso and is easy to use. But the build quality of the machine is disappointing as it leaks water from the tank just after about 1.5 years of sparing residential use. Is there a fix for the water leaking problem, we are also afraid to use it as we are scared of getting electrocuted.

Best pump espresso maker for the price

Have had this pump espresso maker for years and it makes great espresso with cream and the milk frother works good. You need to read and follow directions and suggestions and you will easily be able to produce latte and cappuccino coffee just like a coffee shop. Ours finally wore out and I just ordered another. Mr. Coffee please keep producing this exact same model.

This is our second Mr Coffee Espresso machine. We chalked the leaking up to a fluke. This one failed at around 1 year.

3rd one to fail

Like many others, mine is a love / hate relationship. I love the great coffee it makes. Sure it’s loud and not as sleek as other pricer models and I’m totally okay with that.
First two pump quit after couple years. Okay, not terrible price so I just got new ones.
Now tho, it leaks so bad i have to put a tray under it and only use reservoir as single cup use.
Is there a better model now? I guess I’ll be buying my 4th one but considering it carefully.

We are sorry to hear that it's leaking. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. For a possible fix, check if the drip tray is full. The tray collects water that should be discarded after each use.

Your espresso maker has a year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution.
