I've been using one of these for over 11 years. Easy and consistent, especially when compared to the cranky ones that come with poorly translated instructions. Yes, we wear them out after 1-2 years @ 3-4 carafes a day, but even after several replacements we're just reaching the price of the alternative brands with pumps & anytime refillable water reservoirs. I bet the expensive ones have areas that cannot be cleaned... so disposable inexpensive is actually a great idea considering sanitation, & even aquarium pumps wear out under far lower pressure

I purchased this for my niece, as a Thank-You gift for coming to stay with me for 2 weeks, and seeing me through my husband's memorial service. She enjoys it. Her son, who is autistic, is DELIGHTED with it, and enjoys making espresso for EVERYONE. I KNEW my niece would like it, but that it delights my grandnephew is an unexpected treat. I was a tad disappointed to hear that it did not come with a steamer pot for steaming the milk though.

I bought this a few months ago and love it! I previously had the Mr Coffee one cup expresso maker with I loved, but I had to make two cups for a large cup size. It is great if you want a travel mug size of coffee. But you can also just have one. This option is nice. It is very easy to use and the water holder is removable for cleaning.

We got this machine thinking it would be great.. it was. We haven't had this not a year and it leaks. You have to do the frother twice to get hot coffee.. looking into something else now..

Another one bites the dust

Well here we go again. 2nd one and it leaks too. The one maker that makes the best coffee my husband and I ever had and within 6 months it's leaking all over the counter. Sad thing is....the coffees so good that we may get another one and just know it's lifespan is 6 months....but we may move on to try another maker too...we don't know yet. Disappointed in Mr.Coffee.
