Amazing value

This machine is easy to use, has great pressure, makes wonderful froth, is easy to clean, fits regular size coffee mugs, and makes an excellent cappuccino. I use it several times a day and haven't had any problems whatsoever. It's definitely a great product. Who says you need to spend hundreds of dollars on a fancy machine?! I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review.

The Mr. Coffee espresso and cappuccino machine is a great addition to my kitchen. This is a fairly simple to use machine that has gotten some great use and saved me some money at coffee shops. The removable water tank is a great feature; I've had an espresso machine before where I had to add water each time. It's also good because I have enough space under my counter to remove the tank and fill it, whereas if the tank didn't come off I'd have to pull the whole machine out to fill every time. It is also easy to clean with the wrench that's built into the scoop and tamper to remove the top of the frother. One of the best things is the fact that it is ready to brew in less than a minute where my coffee pot takes 15-20 minutes to brew a full pot. I do wish there was a little more space to fit a larger cup under the brewer since I like to make the espresso right into my steamed milk rather than using several separate cups. Also sometimes it likes to cut off while steaming and be a little temperamental but if I turn it off and back on it's good to go. All in all it's a great product that has me making delicious lattes and cappuccino right at home. Full disclaimer though, I did receive this product as a sample in order to review it.

Easy to Use

I have been using this machine for more than a month and It has been great! I enjoy that it is pretty simple to use. The only issue we have had is that it took a bit of time to figure out how fine to grind the coffee and how hard to tamp it down. I have used other espresso machines before, and this one is so simple to use. I love that I can have coffeeshop style beverages in the comfort of my own home!

I had been looking for an espresso/cappuccino maker for a while. The Mr Coffee brand is a nice one to start with if you're a beginner. I've never made coffee like this myself before and with some practice I feel pretty used to using this machine. Once you learn the techniques you'll have fun making coffee at home like a real barista. Easy to use..easy to clean..very affordable price. Excellent product.

This particular espresso maker has by far exceeded my expectations. It is extermely simple to use. I have had previous espresso makers that seem to be a bit more complicated. The one thing I really do love is the water tank. You are able to clearly see how much water is there and plus it is easy to clean and fill back up. The instructions were easy to understand and it only takes a couple of minutes to make a delicious latte without much hassle.
Other than that is works like more espresso machines, but I feel like for the price this is better quality than others I have previously had.

I havent used the dual functions (to be honest, I dont have any cups that small!) but it is seems pretty straightfoward. Also I like the size and design of this machine overall. It is pretty sleek and looks good on my countertop!

Simple and Easy to Use!

Overall, this is an affordable and economical espresso and cappuccino maker. The packaging is great and it is easy to operate right out of the box thanks to the quick start guide. The machine does a satisfactory job of steaming milk and brewing the espresso although it would be a much more competitive product if some aspects and features were improved. The machine is made out of a hard plastic-like material and is very lightweight. This is definitely a plus but sometimes it can be concerning as the entire unit will get extremely hot as it passes boiling water to press out coffee. I love that this machine comes with a huge capacity reservoir for water and two coffee filters for the filter arm. The filter holder on the filter arm appears to be made out of a stainless steel material but it has begun to show signs of spotting and wear after just one week of use. Note that I am hand washing all components of this espresso maker with just warm water. Speaking of washing, I also find it very convenient to clean the frothing arm as the parts at the tip are detachable. I do like the simplicity of the buttons and knobs though it would be great if it came with an LCD screen. Regarding the pump system, I feel like the pressure is lacking or just not strong enough. There is an overflow of water and coffee grinds when I remove the filter arm every single time for both sets of filters. The filter arm also seems to get stuck frequently while engaging and disengaging. All in all, this espresso and cappuccino maker gives you the flexibility and convenience to make your own drink at home but do not expect to turn into a barista overnight. I received this product as a sample to review.

Coffee shop quality at a price I can afford!

I absolutely love this machine! I love it's clean sleek look and it displays well on my counter top. There are minimal parts to clean and the water reservoir is HUGE - both bonuses in my book. I had never made my own espresso before, so there was a slight learning curve for using the machine/priming the steam but the instructions were easy to follow and I was confident after a couple of tries. It is amazingly fast and heats water and milk to the perfect temperature. I also love the versatility of the machine with the option to steam milk (which is SUPER creamy) and the option to make cappuccinos and lattes. I am enjoying the savings while trying and experimenting with flavors and blends in the comfort of my own home without sacrificing the taste & quality. I was sent a machine to use and review and I was not disappointed - HIGHLY recommend.
