Cannot Live WIthout This!

This iced tea maker is fantastic! I honestly don't know how I got along without it! I love it so much I even travel with it. I saw that one of the critical reviews mentioned that the pitcher is flimsy and shattered easily. I have to say this has not been my experience. As I mentioned above, I travel with this thing if I'm going to be away for more than a couple of days. I don't do anything special to pack the pitcher, it all just goes in a bag and thrown in the back of the SUV. I've had this unit and pitcher for well over 1 year and have had ZERO problems.

Looks great but makes awful tea

We have had a Mr Coffee ice tea maker for years.
Was excited to see this black unit with the glass pitcher but it is awful the tea is so murky it looks awful. I really think you folks should rethink this somehow and make it work right.

Great Ice Tea Maker

I'd have given this 5 stars but the lid is very loose. I have to hold it on when I pour. I ordered an additional pitcher and the it's the same on that one too. But having said that I really love this tea maker. It's quick and easy. The pitcher is kinda of thin but I'd buy it all over again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this quite a bit in the summer. Makes the best brewed iced tea, doesn't make the iced tea bitter. I am also able to use my doTerra essential oils to infuse the iced tea! Amazing!

love the mr coffee ice tea marker,thee only reason i did not give them an excellent is due to the fact you can not get a replacement glass carfate. mine broke when add the ice,and i went online to order and not available. so i had to order another whole ice maker to get another pitcher........

I purchased this ice tea maker per the recommendation of a friend, who I believe has purchased every Mr. Coffee product. I knew she had to know what she was talking about and DID SHE EVER! I buy tea leaves, such as raspberry, blackberry, etc and add sugar or splenda and the tea comes out wonderful every single time.

Absolutely loved this machine until it stopped working on my 3rd attempt to use it. Completely dead. I have only had it about 3 weeks, Have already recommended to a neighbor and hope she has better luck. Will e contacting Mr. Coffee In the morning. This >90 degree heat requires iced tea.
