This machine makes the best iced tea. Definitely comparable to pure leaf bottles tea. My only complaint is that the directions did not clearly state how to use the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Happy with this Iced Tea Maker

I just ordered a replacement pitcher for this Iced Tea Maker, I have had for 3 1/2 years. I make a fresh pitcher almost everyday, wash it in the dishwasher & put ice in the pitcher after it brews without ever having a problem. It still works and looks just like when it was new. The pitcher is thin, and I would prefer it was a bit thicker, but mine broke because I had it too close to something else in the dishwasher. I purchased another replacement pitcher, that was thicker, but it cracked after only a few months. I ordered two new Mr. Coffee pitchers, so I can have one in the dishwasher, and still have a clean one. I would be very happy if I can get 3 1/2 years out of the new ones. I will surely purchase another machine when this one quits!

Pitcher broke easily

I bought this iced tea maker because it was a glass pitcher. However, the pitcher is very cheaply made - it is too thin. It was barely tapped by a passing plate at our dinner table and broke with glass and tea everywhere. What a mess! I’ve also discovered that I apparently cannot buy another one. Very disappointed.

Not pleased at all

Received as a gift was super excited but after using was very disappointed. Tea is very weak even though strongest setting used. The reservoir for water never empties and have to keep turning back on to try and run water through which never happens. Just overall not impressed.

leaks and just shuts off

Worked fine for a few months and now it just runs for a minute or so and just shuts off without pumping the water out of the reservoir. Also leaks, constantly wiping up my counter.
