VERY disappointed in the quality of this tea maker. Hould have lasted much longer

I bought a brand new unopened/ unreturned product that didn’t have all stated items included. Other than that product works great
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pitcher busted after 2 uses

I used this twice pitcher busted and hot tea went all over.

Had the old 3 qt plastic model for around 15 years. This newer model doesn’t seem built very strong or to last. We’ll see how it holds up. Built in swivel head seems like it will be prone to damage. Love the glass but it does seem fragile. We broke the plastic pitchers too over the years when adding ice etc. so went ahead and bought an extra glass pitcher with the new machine.
Regarding shipping: we absolutely could not believe that the tea maker and extra glass pitcher were shipped in their own manufacturers packaging and boxes. Not shipped with any extra padding or air. Could not believe that nothing was damaged ( even watched the delivery driver knock over the glass pitcher box ) but everything arrived in perfect condition!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. I had bought one last year for my father who loves his! This tea maker makes amazing tea, way better than store bought .
Switch doesn't work and the unit will no longer turn on. Very disappointed.

Love Machine but Pitcher is Junk

I drink iced tea year round so I use this daily, I love he iced tea maker but the pitcher cracked while brewing. I ordered a replacement pitcher but expecting it to last 3 months like this one did. sad

Great design - poor execution

I bought this tea maker about two weeks ago. It brewed the first three batches just fine. However, on the fourth batch the on/off button stopped working. Nothing I've tried has solved the problem. It will no longer brew tea.
