Terrible. The pitcher shatters

I've gone through 2 of them so far, just to get a replacement pitcher for the one that shatters when you put ice in. Second one broke

Great Product, Future Enhancement

I use this tea maker on a daily basis, for iced tea and individual cups of hot tea. I would very much like to see as a future enhancement a flip out platform for use for single use.

noisy, leaves water in fill area

I have used Mr Coffee tea makers for years and this is by far the worst one. Have to hit power button up to 4 times to clear all water from fill area and using steep function only makes tea cloudy

I brought this tea maker...I am a tea lover; however, my husband accidentally knocked my pitcher off of the counter and I am heart broken. I can't find a replacement one. It seems like such a waste to buy a whole new tea maker...I am crushed....

Pitcher too fragile

I love the iced tea maker. It makes great tasting tea. However, the pitcher that comes with it is so fragile that I have broken three of them. One was just putting ice in it, and one was cracked when I took it out of the dishwasher, although it is supposed to be dishwasher safe. It would be great if Mr. Coffee would make a sturdier class pitcher to go along with a quality tea maker.

We had a Mr. Coffee 3 qt Iced Tea Maker and after replacing the had plastic carafe 4 or 5 times we could no longer get a replacement. This new tea maker is better! The brew strength is adjustable, and the best part is the glass carafe that I can clean and get crystal clean or put in the dishwasher (haven't done that yet- we're making iced tea almost daily).
I'd recommend this to anyone who loves fresh brewed iced tea.
