I've used Mr. Coffee iced tea makers for some time, but I wanted something a little "understated" to match the silver and black applicances in my kitchen. I also wanted a pitcher that would not accumulate tea stains.
This tea maker is my favorite because it has a premium look at a good price, blends pretty well with the look of my kitchen, includes a permanent reusable filter, and has a glass pitcher. The glass cleans perfectly and does not accumulate any kind of tea stain. For me this glass design is ideal, but please note, the pitcher may not be the best option around kids.
To the company, I would strongly suggest offering a plastic or acrylic version of this pitcher. Except for the fragility of the pitcher in some households, you have the "killer app" of tea makers! I literally use mine constantly.
All said, I totally recommend this tea maker!

I love this tea maker. Yes i broke the picture but i like it so much i will buy another one and I'm sure i will break it as well but i still love it. Thanks mr.coffee it's the best.

I bought the tea maker and used it once. It was great tea. However now the power button doesn't work. I no longer have the box. I discarded it after the only tea it has made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, this is so unlike our products! We would recommend cleaning by hand to ensure your pitcher has a longer life span. Love using my Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker. Only reason gave it 4 stars is that I am comparing it to my previous one bought 2 years ago. The basket that holds the tea and where the water drains does not seem to drain as well as the older version and many times I need to wait much longer to take the caraf out to place in refrigerator. If you don’t wait will have tea all over your counter.
