I have been using this for a month now and enjoy it much better than my old one. Very easy to clean, no dripping on the counter or stained plastic pitcher. The size is compact and stores well. I would recommend to anyone.

I bought this a year ago and I am still using the original pitcher. I do not add ICE to my pitcher, instead I fill the pitcher up about 1/4 of the way with cold water and 1/2 cup sugar then let the tea brew and finish filling it up with cold water.
I love this so much that I purchasing another so I have a spare and I even purchased one for one of my children.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like this tea brewer. Super easy to use and I haven't had any problems with it. However, I do have to agree with some of the other reviews that the glass carafe is very thin and you need to be extra careful with it. Other than that, this is a nice tea brewer.

Makes great tea. Really pleased that it doesn't leak all over the counter like my old unit. The reason for 4 stars is the glass pitcher. It seems to be very fragile. and I'm scared I'll break it when I wash it. Other than that it's a great machine.

I bought this about a month ago and I use it everyday. The flavor of the tea is great, don't have to use as many teabags. I used many tea makers and this is the best one for the price. Only one this is their glass pitcher. It is thin and if you don't handle it carefully you may break it. I wash mine by hand which is quicker than waiting for my dish washer to fill up and taking a chance that it may break.

Have loved my tea maker (except for the fact that the lid cracked the 1st Week, it was still useable) until today when I went to put ice in it to brew a pitcher of tea like usual, and the pitcher just cracked! So bummed...have only had the tea maker 6 months.
