We love our ice tea maker. Bought as a replacement for our old one. Exactly like our old one. We really only needed the pitcher, but decided to buy an extra one for camper. We love it!!!

terrible machine broke after only 10 days

this machine worked great for the first 10 days I had it but after that it stopped working I would not recommend it to anyone at this point it is poorly made and will end up not working soon after you purchase it

We bought our first machine a few months ago and were super disappointed that in less than 7dys it wouldn't power on anymore. Because we loved it, we decided to call customer service instead of just throwing it out. They were very nice snd sent out a replacement completely free of any cost to us. The new machine arrived and ever since then we have a fresh pitcher of iced tea in the fridge ready to go just how we like it!

I had admired by sister-in-law's iced tea maker for the past few years, so she gave me one for Christmas this last year. I don't know if hers was a Mr. Coffee, but in any case, this one is great!! I was really surprised that a glass pitcher was included. I thought my SIL's was plastic. So far, having used it almost 2-3 times a week to make tea, I have no complaints except that it almost wipes out my refrigerator's ice maker stash each time. I can understand the concern about the glass pitcher. It is thin, but so far I've had no problems. Of course, I've tried to be careful with it because it's glass, but not overly so. I initially was skeptical with the ice and the hot tea drip, but it's been great so far. Cold iced tea after the recommended 30 minutes! I may try half ice, half cold water in the future.

Easy to make ice tea. Convenient and does not take up much counter space. Love the glass pitcher contrary to what some reviews say. If you break it, it's easy to get a replacement.

I feel like one has to be very careful with the glass pot as the glass is very thin.
