Makes great tea and is very easy to use. Adjustment for strength is the main feature I wanted. Easy to clean and fast tea. Three of quart size tea bags for a nice post of flavorful Green tea is my choice with the highest strength.

I bought this ice tea maker to replace another with design flaws and I am so happy with this purchase. Only thing I would have liked better would be if the container wasn't glass--I haven't broke it yet, but it is very thin glass and the potential is there due to the size.

Glass Pitcher too fragile

This glass pitcher is very fragile and will crack. Stirring the tea with a plastic spoon will crack it. Hand Wash only. To replace the pitcher is expensive!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard for a lefty to use

It would help a lot if the marks for water and ice were on BOTH sides of the pitcher. Also, the lid is very loose so when you pour you have to be careful. I think I'm going to like the fact the glass pitcher will not stain like the plastic, but will have to be super careful not to break it.
