After 10 uses, my Iced Café had an unfortunate malfunction of the switch. I promptly sent a message to Mr. Coffee. They responded in less than 24 hours and had a new replacement on its way. I was very impressed with the prompt service and love the Iced Café maker! Thank you so much!
