Personal sized blending made with a little personal adaptation : now I love it the 20 -ounce container cup. I have a Creations GC series blender and purchased the cups which came with an adapter blender cup ...took a little getting used to, due to the supreme ease of my Vitamix Blender. Vitamix included a book (as always) with recipes : this tool requires you to pay attention to liquid verses whole food ratio...with some care it works fantastically. It also helps to fill cup (liquids first ) then place on counter and bring the BLENDER Adapter CUP to it and place on top of the drinking cup to screw it on....this allows for a better fit as it is essential to line the cup grooves to the adapter grooves perfectly (as with any lid /container ) ...then place the unit with cup on the Blender and blend your way to perfection. I love to use this cup for making salad dressings/ vinaigrettes and emulsion recipes. I next plan to try whipping cream and making gravy in this cup. Was bothered by the storage of the adapter unit...but if Vitamix is your racecar for the kitchen, you make room for her ! Love it...just took some practice and reading some directions. Respect the tool ! LOVE IT
