I recieved the S series for our wedding, I love this blender, but the cup has become warped and makes it hard to screw on the blade.

I ordered the 20-oz. container cup. The instruction booklet detailed three pieces, the cut the lid and the blade base. I did not receive the blade base. Why not??? I cannot use the cup without the blade base.

Hello,this 20-ounce Container Cup is perfect for hot and cold beverages on the go and does not come with a blade base. When paired with an S-Series blade base, it can be used as a blending container for use with our Vitamix Space Saving machines. These machines come equipped with the S-Series blade base.

I bought this item and I love the container but I don't like is the lid. Very bulky and not easy to open.
I also find that by using frozen fruit first ( as advised in the book) it gets stuck on the buttom of the container. Not a big problem. There are ways around this.
