These cups look amazing but they don't even keep the ice cubes from melting. Very disappointed.

Was this ever even user tested??

I can't imagine this product was actually user tested. First you have to find a very small and hard to see arrow on both the base and the cup. Zero contrast, almost impossible to see. Then you have to line them up just perfectly and pray to the smoothie gods that the threads actually catch in that exact position. You put it in the Vitamix aaand... nothing, so you un screw, re screw aaaand... nothing again. Repeat several times and if you're lucky the Vitamix will finally register the cup and blend. Most frustrating product I've purchased in a long time, no way would I recommend. Also, there are two channels on the inside. Why the inside? We need those on the outside so you can actually get a grip on this wet and smooth cup to unscrew the base.

Terrible seal

I got these when I bought my scale as a package. Waste of money. First time I went to use them the seal came out. The seal will never go back in. It falls off whenever you try to put the lid on. It makes a complete mess. Didn’t even get one good use out of them.

Awful lid

My vitamix could not be better. The lid is a failure. It is a complete design flaw, it leaks, cannot be upsidedown, opens with barely being touched.

Great blending cups, easy to make smoothies to go in the morning. I,wish the cups weren’t so narrow at the bottom, but overall they are pretty good
