Pretty good washer with a few exceptions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash cycle never puts enough water in to evenly mix the soap through out the clothes. Rinse cycle seems fine on water level.

Hi, Davidwisconsin. Sorry to hear you are having trouble. This washer determines the water level based on the load size. Try using less soap. For a regular load, it should not take more than 1-2 tablespoons of HE detergent. ~ Brandi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was chosen by our building company. It works great and holds a high capacity. Originally I thought it might be too small but it really holds a lot of laundry. The only downside is that some of the cycles are really long.
