Wouldn't buy another washer

I am an appliance repair technician and these washers are by are the best on the market. Great features, reliable, easy to use, and looks great in your home. Wouldn't buy any other brand of washer

We purchased this washer after many visits to the store and reviewing online. This washing machine had all the features that we were looking for as well as able to handle our family needs of 1-2 loads per day. Performance has been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I bought this I saw that Consumer Reports had it list as their last on on their recommendation list, yet rated Electrolux high. Their reviews only list a few categories and it gave this one a poor rating for gentleness on fabrics. I decided to keep it anyway and I'm glad I did. It's so quite, the tub is huge and it spins extremely fast to get the clothes dry. It has the perfect amount of options, I don't need anymore. I don't see how it can tough on the fabric because the drum is really smooth inside and the clothes just tumble. I couldn't be happier.

Best washer ever!

My Electrolux LuxCare washer is the best washing machine ever. It cleans clothes perfectly. What I really like is that it is a HE machine, using less water, less energy and less soap and is gentle on my clothing. Thanks Electrolux!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I chose Electrolux to replace my old washer was because of the mostly good reviews compared with other brands. Also, people had only good things to say about the customer service and treatment they received from Electrolux when there was a problem. I've been using the washer for 2 1/2 months and am still impressed with how much cleaner, fresher and softer everything feels coming out of the washer. There is very little water left in the clothing which helps them dry quicker. Our only problem has been excess vibration and noise on the final spin even though the machine checked out perfectly level. My husband kept tweaking the adjustment legs when the machine was running and we think we finally have it to the least amount of vibration and noise. Other than that, you can barely hear the machine running. Over-all, I love it, plus it looks beautiful in my laundry room. I'm so glad I went with a front loader (my 1st), and would not hesitate to recommend the Electrolux to anyone who's a bit fearful of a front loader, as I was.

Excellent washer for upstairs laundry room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had my laundry in my basement and my previous top load washer could get unbalanced easily and get very, very noisy. Due to a house remodel/update we put in a laundry station upstairs in a second floor room. I love the convenience of keeping the clothes (washed and unwashed) on the
same level as all the bureau's and closets, and not having to constantly lug heavy laundry baskets up and down two flights of stairs! But I was really worried about noise and vibration up on the second floor. I have been extremely happy with my new Electrolux laundry pairing. I love them. They are
exceptionally quiet and vibration free and have been perfect upstairs! Though
I got the pair with the least featuress and the fewest bells and whistles I still feel like I have many options, temperatures, and time frames to choose from on both machines and they both do their job very well, very quietly and with minimum vibration and no movement, rocking, or "walking" across the floor.
I love that they are both energy star appliances and that they are large capacity. Double thumbs up for my new Electrolux laundry pair. Oh, and I was also able to get an enormous rebate from the state of MA "MASSave program", and an additional rebate for both the washer and dryer from
Electrolux. I essentially ended up getting both machines for just about the SALE price of only one!
