Really quiet and works great

Works fast, annoying sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came to us as a gift from buying a home. It works great and is very fast. There's no left over sogginess to our clothes after the washing cycle. The only downside is that when it's finished it beeps forever. We haven't figured out how to turn it off.

Large capacity with nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer two months ago and so far am very satisfied with its performance. My prior unit was 4.0 and I didn't think this one, at 4.3 CF would be noticeably larger but it is. I can now wash bedspreads and larger items with no problem. The speed wash cycle is nice for getting things done quickly and the overall wash performance is excellent. My only improvements would be to have a "done" light or indicator. Also, the chime to announce the end of the cycle doesn't seem to work or it's not very loud. Aside from these minor points I'm very pleased with this washing machine and the companion dryer.

good washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had a month, but when I first got it, it had condensation inside the door, so I decided to do the "clean washer" cycle.
The display said it had 47 minutes remaining, so I left and came back 5 minutes later. Now it said 1 minute remaining. The drum went back and forth for several minutes while the pump was running the whole time, even though no water was coming out. Eventually the pump and drum stopped, but the display never went off of 1 minute and the door remained locked. After 15 minutes, I hit cancel and it shut down. I did the rinse and spin after that and have been washing clothes with no problems since then, so I plan on trying the clean washer cycle again soon hoping the first failure was just a glitch.
Also, the washer has a strong perfume-like odor that seems to be coming from the rubber seal at the door, which I have seen other people complain about,
but the washer is in the basement and the smell doesn't get in my clothes so it doesn't bother me.
Other than that, the washer has worked well so far.
