WATER LEFT BEHIND

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water is always left on the door when a load is complete. Have to leave door open to dry or wipe off in order to keep washer from smelling musty inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TX NANA, I know how frustrating it can be to adjust to a new appliance. Part of the daily preventative maintenance (page 22 in your Owner’s Manual), is to dry around the washer door opening, flexible gasket, and door glass. These areas should always be clean to ensure a water tight seal. To help prevent odors or humidity accumulation leave the door open with the door stand ventilation feature for a few hours after use or whenever the washer is not in use (page 21 in your Owner’s Manual). Great features, huge capacity
