[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer in January2017 and have been very happy with it's performance. It's easy to use and does a great job cleaning from dedicates to small area rugs (in a household with 2 large dogs ad a cat).
I do hope it holds up well as well as their vacuums.

First Usage Attempt = E11

That's right. First attempted use is an error, E11. To make matters worse can't reset error and door won't open, even after I unplug and plug back in. All my underwear and socks are being held prisoner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
