Nice looking but error E11 from day one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this machine and from day one we received an error code 11. I ran it five times and four out of five got the error. The appliance store has to go back to the factory to order the parts. I'm not real happy on the product. I will say the customer service contact and appliance store have been trying to get the part
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Time & water saver

The express cycle on both machines is my favorite. We had to do some adjusting and rearranging with the unchangeable door opening of the washer. Overall, we are very happy.

Quiet & Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit with the optional pedestal & am happy with both. Sitting on the pedestal, the unit sits up nicely & makes it easy to load/unload. The control panel on the front looks intimidating & complicated, but is actually very easy to use, didn't even have to read the manual to use. The unit is very quite and does a great job of cleaning, and alerts you when it's done. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a front loader.
