Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer a month ago and have been pleasantly surprised at how much I like the front load and how well it cleans clothing. The sales rep highly recommended Electrolux brand when I mentioned that I am very hard on washer/dryers. He also took extra time to educate my husband and I about use and cleaning of a front loader. I do take the time to wipe the front gasket out when I remove the last load for the day to help prevent mildew since our laundry room is in the basement. Overall, very pleased with the ease of use, amount of clothing the washer holds, and extra features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm happy. However, sometimes the clothes are still too wet at the end of a cycle and the washer doesn't have a feature to run again on "spin" only.

DrWilliams, thank you for taking a moment to share your washer review. There are several factors that may contribute to your wash load being too wet after finishing. The washer could be overloaded. The load may be too small (if so add 1 or 2 similar items to help balance the load). If the load is out of balance, rearrange load to allow proper spinning. If the drain hose is kinked, straighten drain hose. You can do a spin only on your washer it is just a bit tricky. Select the rinse & spin cycle, choosing the spin speed appropriate for your needs and the load. Deselect extra rinse if you wish to perform a spin only cycle (page 12 in your Owner’s Manual). Love the machine

Clothes whiter than my previous front loader

My whites come out of the washer brilliantly white and whiter than my 14-year old former front loader ever could. I especially like the eco cold feature. My previous front loader lasted 14 years without seeing a repair technician until one said with the expense of replacing the control panel, I
