Love this washer!

Our former washer was included when we bought our home a few months ago. It was old and didn't have any good features. When the belt broke, we decided not to repair it, but to bite the bullet and buy new. After reading reviews and interviewing sales people, we decided to try this Electrolux washer. My husband wears white shirts for his job as a motor coach driver and sometimes the stains are unbelievable. This washer has a stain release and a steam cycle, which both help to get rid of those stains. The regular wash cycle is fairly quick and spins so much water out of the clothes that the drying is done in no time. I would highly recommend this washer!

Stylish Machine
This was my first Electrolux purchase and I chose the product mainly on the recommendation of the sales associate. Actually, all of the employees of the appliance store I shop at use Electolux washer and dryers. I have had them for about 3 weeks now and I am very happy with them both. The functionality of the machine was of course important to me but so was the style as most people enter my house through the laundry room so I wanted a machine that looked nice. These machines certainly fit that criteria. I purchased the steel grey color and I very much like the way they both complement my laundry room. The machines are quiet and they do the job well. I also like the quick wash and dry feature as well as the sanitize feature that easily takes the stink out of athletic clothing.

I'm very pleased with the service received from customer service when called with a problem with my washer. They were very fast to get someone out to my home to fix which was a dollar stuck in the water pipe. Great customer service and great product.

Love this machine!

I bought this a couple of months ago and it has changed my life! My clothes come out cleaner than ever. I'm also cloth diapering and have not had any issues with getting them clean.
The machine is really quiet! Our bedroom is right next to the laundry closet and I've never heard it in there. I also h e not had any problems with the machine getting funky ( which I know can be an issue for front loaders). I just leave the door ajar and give the rubber ring a wipe down every once in a while.

Makes my life easier!

My new Electrolux washer and dryer are fantastic. I love how large the loads can be with everything still getting clean and dry. I was able to customize the doors so that they open in opposite directions making transferring clothes much easier.

Never thought to purchase an Electrolux Washer and Dryer. Always think of vacuums. However the Sales rep stated it is not well known here in the US but is very popular in Europe. Felt confident and therefore we took a chance. Great products thus far!

Quiet, Efficient, and Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research on different brands of washing machines I purchased the Electrolux Model #EFLS517STT washer May of 2017. I selected Electrolux for the following reasons: 1) We have "open-beamed" ceilings in our entire home and needed a washer that was quiet. 2) We're on a septic system and needed a washer that used water efficiently.
I could not be more pleased! The Perfect Balance® System & Second Floor Guarantee feature is true to its guarantee. It is quiet (yes you'll hear normal sounds as it runs through cycles) but we have to "stop and listen" to hear the sounds when we're in another room.
The LuxCare Wash System with smart load sensing feature uses water efficiently saving our septic system.
And I love the easy to use pre-selected wash cycles. The 18-minute "Fast Wash" cycle is my favorite!

Whitest whites I ever seen

I have purchased several major band front load washing machines but Electrolux is the best. I have a white (at one time it was white) camisole that I wear hiking. I have washed, using detergent and bleach, it many times in my
old machine but it was never "white". I washed it the same way in my new Electrolux machine and it came out bright white!
