Didn't work. At spin/rinse violate, move, shake

Need Electrolux and appliance connection to send reck to fix awful move, shake, violate with loud sound like earthquake at spin./rinse stage that next door can clearly hear it.

The convenience of being able to wash my king size comforter, that I used to take to the laundromat is one of the top reasons I rated this washer excellent ! I am very satisfied!

Our clothes are truly clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I had the best washer out there prior to having my newly purchased Electrolux. After my beloved washer (used a particular brand for 25+ years) died, I went to my local appliance store and told the salesman what I was looking for in a washer for a family of four--including a husband in the groundskeeping business and two kids in sports--and he proceeded to bring me to the Electrolux section. I was hesitant to sway from my old brand but it was not an American-made appliance and service was very difficult to find. I didn't want a front loader either, being used to the old agitator system. After his pitch and the fact the he, the owner of the appliance store, used only Electrolux, I purchased this machine. Wow! From a gal who hated to go down to the basement to do laundry, I am now a laundry-lover! The features alone make this an outstanding machine but the cleanliness of the clothes is what makes us happy--my son's muddy, grass-stained baseball pants come out white! Not the dingy yellowed way. Dirt from my husband's work clothes is gone! No stains! And the fact that this machine takes a very small amount of detergent is amazing. I spent hundreds in detergent before this washer trying to find one to get the clothes clean. Now, my one bulk size container of Tide (recommended) is half-filled from September. Love this machine. Kids are having a good time too watching it spin--say it's soothing, ha! Thank you Electrolux. Kudos to a well-built appliance. LOVE my 'Lux!

Quiet and dependable

Great washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this washer for about 6 weeks now, and we're very pleased. It takes a little longer than our old unit, but it's gentler on the clothes and seems to do a much nicer job of cleaning them. There are many different features and cycles available, so you can really give the proper treatment to whatever type of item you're cleaning. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it can be a little loud as it switches modes (adding water, vs draining water, vs spinning) during a cycle. Still quite livable, esp as it only lasts like 5-15 seconds, but if I could change one thing about this machine, that noise element would be it.
