[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is efficient and operates fairly quickly compared to my older machine. I love the steam features to help sanitize towels and bed sheets. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a high end washer/dryer

Sooooooo loud!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had high hopes for this machine especially for the price. It washes good which is most important but haven’t had them long enough to try the “special” features. However, I never thought I could buy such a high end washer that would sound like this one. I tell people who hear it it’s a jackhammer!! It’s rediculous. I have to pause the TV for moments to hear my show and the laundry room is across the way beyond the kitchen. Aside from that, to use anything beyond a “quick” cycle this machine takes between 70-90 minutes a load. So what we’re saving in water we’re using in electricity. Overall, if I could have a redo I would choose a different machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound you are hearing may be caused due to the shipping bolts and foam block were not removed during installation. Weak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned it less than 60 days and it became hopelessly clogged. There is no filter accessible to the user, so we can't even do anything proactive to keep it from clogging again. Adding the cost of a service call to the price makes this not a good value for the price.
