Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be incredibly hard to find a laundry scenario that this washer can't handle! There are so many options available and while I haven't tried all of them, the ones I have tried work well. The spin is super fast and leaves clothes needing very little dry time. The noise level when the unit is running is fairly low. The pedestal / storage bin underneath offers a ton of storage. The only "con" I can find is that the buzzer is either "on" or "off" .... I wish I could adjust the volume to make it a bit louder. Overall, a great value for the money!

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer over 6 months ago. It has been very reliable. I can wash big loads and so have cut down on the time it has taken me to do my laundry. I can also wash smaller loads. Also, I love the 18 minute quick wash. I also have noticed better drainage of the rubber door gasket thus no standing water to grow into mold or mildew. I really like this washer.

Great Washer with Many Handy Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. It has so many wash options, including the QuickWash. I have yet to try them all. Our clothes seem cleaner than they ever did in our old front loader. So very glad we discovered the Electrolux brand.

No proper warm or hot wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an Electrolux repairman out this morning because I was unable to get a warm or hot wash despite making the selection for either. (I usually wash everything in cold water) He was perplexed as well and called in to get the temperatures.
They are as follows:
warm, upper 60°F
hot, 75°-80°F.
warm, upper 60°F
hot, 75°-80°F.
Keep in mind that your body temperature is 98.6°F and most indoor public swimming pools are between 77°- 82°F. The only way to get hot water is to use the "sanitize" function which heats the water to 152°F; fine for diapers but too hot for most clothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent w/d pair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did quite a bit of research before purchasing but one of the important factors was I needed reversible doors due to my limited closet space w/accordion doors and hookups. Read many good reviews on the Electrolux and I'm so glad I went with it. Washing time even w/extra rinse selected is much less than my previous washer was, wash quality is excellent, amazingly quiet, and barely any vibration (if any at all) during spin cycle considering it's not even a half inch away from the dryer and even when washing several pairs of men's jeans With high spin setting our clothes come out nearly dry cutting down a lot on drying time. Love the steam feature and the fact that both the washer and dryer have lights in them and surprised at how large the capacity is. Purchased extended care program from the store for the washer that includes annual maintenance checkup and replacement parts, etc. so not expecting any major issues. The openings are a bit lower than my previous front loader but looking to resolve with the addition of a 4-6" raised platform. Even so, have had for about a month but so far so great and I'm just loving it!
