[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sheets come out more wrinkled than when I put them in. I'm using the stream & wrinkle free settings, but they're not doing the job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bonnie Cake, I am distressed that your washer is frustrating you so with wrinkling. Let me see if I can help. To ease wrinkling, be sure you are using a liquid fabric softener, and a cold water rinse. Using the casual cycle may also help with combatting wrinkles. While it may save time, overloading your washing machine actually encourages wrinkles to form on your sheets. Remove items as soon as the cycle is completed. Your dryer should finish the de-wrinkling process. Remove your sheets as soon as the cycle ends. And finally, cotton-polyester blend sheets wrinkle much less than plain cotton sheets. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with my washer and dryer. My only complaint is that there is not a spin only cycle. You have to do rinse and spin. Also the options around the dial should be lit up. On the dots next to the options are lit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
