Initial Problem

We brought our pair on 3/19/17. We read the operating instructions before the first load. As we have always done in the past, the liquid soap container was on top of the washer. It got discolored and wouldn't come out. Upon reading further in the manual, it noted not to put soap on top of the units. I feel any distributor or stores that sell this style, should point this fact out in their initial sales presentations to any potential customer. I have to add that Electrolux has sent us a new top panel to remedy this situation. Thank you. Jerry

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this washer. It has a great selection of standard wash cycles that requires very little customization. It washes well and is kind on our clothes. My only complaint is that water and soap can get caught in the rubber gasket and sit there hidden away, this should be drained or sloped to avoid this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so impressed with the washer that when doing towels the spin cycle is so powerful it seems dry enough that I don't have use the towel cycle I use the 18 minutes cycle on my electrolux dryer.
