Perfect Steam Washer with Lux Care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washing machine a few months ago and I am very pleased with the cleanliness of our clothes. The spin cycle is great and removes excess water so time in the dryer is reduced significantly.

Already a repair in under 1year!

I have not owned this but less than a year when it wouldn't complete cycles and had water remaining in the drum. Fortunately it was still under warranty. The repairman came and fixed the problem. The 'coin cup basket' was full of dog hair. I have two spaniels. It wasn't easy to access the coin cup - really need a professional, so I might have to keep calling him periodically. I bought the extended warranty so at least I have that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
