[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first front load purchase, and we love it. I read all the reviews, and was slightly worried but I have had no issues. Features are great...I use the stain option quite a bit. It never has a musty smell which some of the reviews mentioned. Love it!

On my 2nd washer in 2 months

I am now on my 2nd washer as I had problems beginning with my second load of clothes. I was told it was the drain pump. It was so loud, it was making a grinding noise throughout the wash cycle. I had always owed front load washers but not this brand and the drain pump was not an issue in their washer. I also had an issue with the washer dancing around the floor when I would do a load of towels. The pump was replaced and the noise continued, so the washer was replaced with a new one. I have only had this new one for less than one week. So far so good, and this one seems very quiet and no dancing around yet. I hope I had a lemon and I can update later and add more stars.
Also I find the darker turquoise harder to read without reaching for my glasses-wish they didn't use a dark color on the panel with the dial. Very hard to read.
