Washing machine smells so good!

It's great but noisey

I had this installed in October and it was really noisey. It's better but still not totally smooth. Works fine otherwise.

I just bought the washer about a month ago. not bad, but motor is very noisy. They advertise as "good for second floor laundry room, won't be able to hear in the next room". Not the case! otherwise it works well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans well, but there is a horrible grinding noise during the drain/spin cycle that can be heard throughout the entire house. After the first day of use, started vibrating during the spin cycle. It's now so bad it shakes everything on the first floor where it's located. Can't use the liquid detergent dispenser because soap doesn't clear through it until the rinse cycle. This requires multiple extra rinse cycles. Fortunately, it's removable. Just pouring the liquid soap in the detergent well has "fixed" this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Judy99, thank you for sharing your washer experience with us. A vibrating noise can be caused by the washer not resting firm and level on the floor, or the shipping bolts and foam block not being removed during installation. I would check with your installer and go over the installation instructions to ensure all steps were completed. Small amounts of water remaining in the compartments is a result of the siphoning action, and is part of the normal operation of the washer. Water may be removed by removing the dispenser drawer (page 22 in your Owner’s Guide), and draining water into the empty drum or sink. Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Electrolux washer 8 weeks ago and we love our Electrolux! Small features like drum light and easy controls make starting a load easy. Also does a great job cleaning my dirtiest work clothes using the "Heavy Duty" cycle then my most delicate clothes using the "Delicate" cycle without stretching. I have owned many Electrolux vacuums in the past and I am glad to see that Electrolux quality extends to all their products.
