[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] quick wash is great. fairly quiet operation. would be nice to have second rinse for quick wash and louder weak end-of-cycle signal. would be great if it worked like an alarm clock- start low volume and increase.

Brand new washer broken

Installed this model washer a few weeks ago and already the machine has ceased spinning after the wash mode. What kind of quality control do they have? What's will go wrong next? Not impressed and concerned about continued problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no! I am terribly sorry to hear about the complications you are experiencing with your new washer, Hlwjr. I can truly understand how upsetting this can be for you and your family. I would recommend checking to ensure there is not a restricted drain hose. This will keep the washer from completely pumping out the water and preventing it from going into spin. Although it is hard to compare. We like the new extended wash feature for when we need to leave clothes in the machine for a few hours.
